Sony Walkman E440 and B140 in European
Sony announced the release in UK of two new players in a Walkman series, E440 and B140. Interestingly, Walkman B series has earlier released only in Japan. Sony Walkman E440 is equipped with 2-inch color display with a resolution of QVGA. Accordingly, it is not only supports playback of audio and video. In these modes it can work out without charging for 30 hours for audio playback and 6 hours for video playback respectively.
The device proposed in the versions with different memory: 4GB, 8GB, and 16 GB, it is placed in a thin 9.3 mm shell. Sony Walkman E440 is also equipped with FM-radio with recording gear. In addition, the media player is the first in a series of E with supporting Clear Audio, improves the quality of sound reproduction. It’s Clear Stereo and Clear Bass, is easy to guess names, and brings high stereo and bass.
Regarding the Sony Walkman B140, it is a compact music player in the USB drive form factor with a small monochrome display. This novelty is introduced in Japan in June. Sony Walkman B140 is available in versions with 2GB and 4GB of internal memory, as well as in three colors; black, red, and pink. The player offers 18 hours of music playing before the next recharge. Also, it has FM-radio with recording function and equalizer with five adjustable bars. The cost of Sony Walkman E440 and B140 is not known, although they go on sale since the end of July.
