Sony VPL-VW852 and VPL-HW15 two 1080p projector
Sony introduced two new models of projectors for home users with a resolution of Full HD 1080p, Sony VPL-VW852 and VPL-HW15. The older model, Sony VPL-VW85 has a refresh rate of 120 Hz and 120000:1 image dynamic contrast, brightness of 800 lumens. The projector can change the position of optics (projection angle), up to 1.6x zoom factor, provides RS-232 port.
Sony VPL-HW15 has a more modest dynamic contrast ratio 60000:1, and the refresh rate of 60 Hz. But the luminous flux of more is 1000 lumens. Both projectors have two HDMI connector, component, RCA, and VGA inputs. Sony VPL-VW852 and Sony VPL-HW15 Projectors will be available in October this year. Prices for VW85 and HW15 are $8000 and $3000 respectively.
