Nokia 6700 Classic comes with GPS and Nokia Maps
The Nokia 6700 classic 5 megapixel device is the latest Nokia S40, regarded as a modern successor to the popular Nokia 6300 and expects to become a bestseller as his predecessor.
The Nokia 6700 Classic delivers features:
* 5 megapixel camera with autofocus,
* GPS Navigation with Nokia Maps
* Nokia Open Source Browser WebKit previously available only on Symbian S60 smartphones.
With just 11mm thick, the Nokia 6700 has a metal cover, a screen 2.2-inch QVGA 16M color and supports quad-band GSM and tri-band UMTS networks (HSDPA up to 10 Mbps).
Unfortunately, the video recording is up to 15fps in VGA (or CIF at 30fps) and it does not seem to have Wi-Fi connectivity and a document viewer.
This device will provide support for Flash Light 3 allowing the viewing of Flash videos and come preinstalled with Windows Live Messenger.
The Nokia 6700 comes with a 1 GB microSD card and will be available in different colors: silver metallic, matte metal, black metal, brown metal.
With an estimated retail price of 235 euros would be reaching the end of 2009.
