New memory modules at Samsung, 50 nm technology
Every time we buy a computer we face the great task of having the maximum possible in terms of RAM, as in present times by different applications are required to extend the maximum allowed.
But this is the maximum permissible limits us in most cases due to the amount of memory slots available to a board or motherboard, which are number two and, with reports on the market (2 GB each) can reach a maximum of 4 GB.
Samsung has seen this and has been responsible for taking on this. Has developed a new chip based on 50 nm technology, which would get a 4 GB of DDR3.
Considering this situation, each tablet would have a large capacity in terms of RAM, thus having a maximum of 32 GB each module (or tablet) of memory to have 8 of these chips in 50 nm technology.
This proposal is being made for the type of computer servers, which require a lengthy process and amount of memory 32 GB would be reached a higher level.
An estimated 8 memories and 16GB versions of other modules would be that Samsung would introduce in mind, providing roasted modules for future computers that use the table on the public in common, giving them a memory of 8 GB.
