elgato_turbo_264hd_gadgetname_com_2Elgato has just introduced a new device for all Mac users who really worth commenting on. It’s called Turbo.264HD and it is a small USB device capable of encoding video in different formats through hardware. Its operation is really simple, we’ll just connect to our Mac and then we can select the video you want to convert from one format to another through the software included. Among the options you can choose are high-definition video (720p or 1080p), and lower-quality formats like iPod, YouTube (also in HD), PSP or mobile.

A good way to convert the videos recorded from our video camera to a format easier to manage from other devices and that will certainly save good time learning with other video conversion programs.

Is available for 149.95 dollars (110 euros to change), a slightly higher price but get used to working with video regularly.
