Dell Wasabi PZ310, Inkless Pocket Printer
It seemed that the invention of the portable printers would be something unique and Polaroid Pogo. But Dell has just announced its own version, the Wasabi PZ310. A handheld device that uses the Zink technology, which allows the printing ink without using a special paper with layers of color react to impulses of heat.
It is a system that is also being used directly in cameras, like those of TakaraTomy or the Polaroid. However, this Wasabi enables printing from any other device with Bluetooth or USB connectivity, though the latter course must be compatible with the PictBridge specification. May be the digital camera itself, but also a mobile phone or laptop.
The leaves have a size of 5 x 7.6 inches, and are acquired in separate packages. A pack of ten sheets costs about three or four U.S. dollars to euros change. The printer has a compartment to store twelve of these sheets, though the battery has sufficient autonomy to some fifteen pages or so.
For now, Dell has launched the Wasabi PZ310 in the United States. There is priced at $ 150 ($ 116), although initial offer will be available for $ 100 (77 euros) for a limited time. To choose the colors are pink, blue or black.
