   New Dell Mini 10v, a NETBOOK assumed to be updating the current Dell Mini 10. True, it is updated, but we must also say that they degrade some features that make it stay at a low price. The new Dell Mini comes with the new Intel Atom N and new chipset, performance is improved but the NETBOOK however, some losses can do it as interesting as undesirable.

Aesthetically it seems, has been changed by plastic metal parts, all to make it cheaper to manufacture and can be sold at a price below the current Mini 10. As for connections, there are significant losses, to have an HDMI video output for use in high-definition display, now we have a VGA connection, you can continue connecting to an external TV, but it is not the same without the support the HDMI.

The touchpad of the Mini 10 was multitouch with this Mini 10v that has changed to include a simple touch pad, as other Dell laptops. As for the screen, also changes. There is no longer able to choose a screen resolution of 720p, in addition to losing the protective glass. As for the hard disk capacity, a move from 160GB to 120GB to one of the oldest, again, all to save on costs and can sell at a price competitive with the other netbooks on the market. With all these changes, I am not sure that saving is so large, perhaps the new processor worthwhile, but smaller hard drive, no HDMI output with lower screen resolution and make it “in another NETBOOK heap.”
