ASUS Eee PC 1005P and 1005PE upcoming Intel Pine Trail netbooks
There is unofficial information about the specifications of the new ASUS netbook, they are ASUS Eee PC 1005P and 1005PE.
Both ASUS Eee PC 1005P and 1005PE is powered by upcoming Intel Pine Trail, use of the Atom Pineview processor, which features an integrated memory controller and integrated graphics core. Additional chip, it is Tiger Point chipset.
ASUS Eee PC 1005P is equipped with 10.1-inch screen, 1.66GHz Atom N450 Pineview processor, 1GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive. ASUS Eee PC 1005P is running under Windows 7 Starter Edition. It is available in white and black colors of the shell options.
ASUS Eee PC 1005PE netbook has similar technical characteristics, differing in 250GB hard drive and Bluetooth. More information about the updates will probably be unveiled at CES 2010, which will begin in a couple of weeks.
UK online retailer, LambdaTek has already offers to ASUS Eee PC 1005P for $395 and ASUS Eee PC 1005PE is for $439.
